Ingredients
2 pieces Chicken Breast
4 cans Mixed Vegetables
2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup
1 box Pie Crust
Preparation
Preheat Oven to 400 Degrees
Boil chicken breasts until completely done
Mix chicken, mixed vegetables (leave water in 2 cans, drain the other 2 cans, cream of chicken soup and salt/pepper together
Using casserole dish, prepare bottom pie crust with melted butter & salt/pepper
Add above mixture to casserole dish & prepare top pie crust with melted butter & salt/pepper
Cut slits in top of crust for venting
Bake at 400 Degrees for approx 30-45 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
