Ingredients
2 cans (3oz ea.) chunk chicken, rinsed and drained twice.
1 celery stick, finely chopped
1T onion, finly chopped
1T pine nuts
1 Ht spicy brown mustard
! ht fat free sour cream
1 Ht fat free plain yoghurt
pinch ground black pepper
4 slices whole grain bread
2 leaves lettuce
Preparation
In a bowl, mix everything then the chicken
Spread half of the mix on a slice of bread, top with lettuce and slice of bread. Repeat.
