Ingredients
1 1/2 cup oil
3 white onions (medium or small)
Chicken (size depends on serving)
2-3 pieces of cinnamon
1 Handful of whole black pepper
8-10 cloves (long)
2-Black Cardamom
A pinch of Green Cardamom
2 1/2 tsp-Ground red pepper
1 tsp- Coriander powder
2 tsp- Salt
1/2-1 cup water (depending on preference)
5 Tb. yogurt
Preparation
- Add oil and Caramelize onion until brown.
- Strain out onions and put on plate with paper towel.
- Add chicken and add all dry spices chronologically.
- Let it boil and cook
- Add water to allow the chicken to cook.
- Take onions and blend onions with yogurt to a paste.
- Insert paste into pot and add a bit more water
- Cook for about 5 minutes
- Done!
