Ingredients

4 Chicken Thighs and bones

8 ounces Sausage- ?Slices or whole

2 large yellow onions

2 bell peppers

5 cloves garlic shin sliced or minced

20 slice cherry tomatoes

1/3 cup white wine dry

1/3 cup Chicken Broth

1/3 cup Parsley - Fresh chopped coarse

1/3 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

Preparation

slice onions, peppers, garlic, cherry tomatoes, and fresh parsley for later use

cut up chicken and slice sausage to your liking

In a large hot non-stick skillet with high sides brown and cook the chicken for 10-15 minutes, first browning the skin side and add the sausage to bown
