Ingredients
1 to 3 pounds of chicken wings
ginger powder
cracked pepper
garlic powder
soy sauce
honey
Preparation
spread chicken wings on oven proof pan spice chicken with garlic, ginger, and pepper. broil on high until crisps approx 6 minutes then turn over and broil again for approx 6 mins. blend 1/4 cup soy sauce and 3 table spoons of honey. when chicken broiled to liking remove from oven (drain as much oil out of pan as possible) and place on stove top at medium to low heat. (use gloves as pan will be HOT) brush sauce on chicken repeated will saute’s for 5 to 10 mins. serve with rice as side dish
