Ingredients
Chicken thighs
one onion
4oz mushrooms
3 cloves garlic
1 apple
1 TB brown sugar
1/4 cup Marsala wine
2 TB oil
Salt and pepper
Preparation
season the chicken with the salt and pepper, place the oil in the pan on medium heat and add the chicken brown for approx. 7 minutes on the skin side and turn over for 7min. remove from the pan and add the wine deglaze the pan add the vegetables, sauté for 5 min. return the chicken to the pan cover and cook over low heat for 20 min. Serve
