Ingredients

1 can Chickpeas Drained and Rinsed

1 cup Cilantro

1 cup Carrots

1/2 cup Radishes

1/2 cup Onion Chopped (Optional)

3 tablespoons Lemon Juice

1 dash Salt and Pepper to Taste

6 tablespoons Olive Oil

2/3 cup Feta Cheese

1/2 cup Pine Nuts

Preparation

Combine all ingredients and mix well.

Refrigerate for 1 hour.
