Ingredients
2 cans organic chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1/2 cup chopped green onions (greens only)
1/4 cup Tzatziki
4 T fresh dill leaves, diced
juice of 1 lemon
1/4 t Spanish dried smoked paprika powder
sea salt, to taste
freshly ground pepper, to taste
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well to combine. Use a biscuit cutter or fork to roughly mash about 1/5 of the chickpeas with the other ingredients while leaving the rest whole.
Chill for at least 30 minutes prior to serving.
