Ingredients
1 pound Ground Beef
1 Onion - medium
1/2 cup Yellow Mustard
1 cup Ketchup
5 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
4 tablespoons Chili Powder
1/2 teaspoon Salt & Pepper
2 pounds Cole Slaw
Preparation
Brown beef in large skillet over medium-high heat
Turn down to medium and add onion - simmer for 4 minutes
Add ketchup and simmer for 3 minutes
Add mustard and simmer for 3 minutes
Add cider, powder, salt & pepper to taste
Serve over hot dogs - top with cole slaw
