•4 garlic cloves, coarsely chopped

•1 medium jalapeño chile pepper, stemmed and seeded, coarsely chopped (about 2 tablespoons)

•¼ cup roughly chopped red onion

•2 cups tightly packed fresh cilantro leaves and tender stems

•1 cup tightly packed fresh Italian parsley leaves and tender stems

•3 tablespoons red wine vinegar

•3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

•2 tablespoons tightly packed fresh oregano leaves

•½ teaspoon kosher salt

•½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

•¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

•¾ cup extra-virgin olive oil
