Ingredients

1/3 c brown sugar

3 T soy sauce

1/4 c toasted sesame oil

3/4 c vegetable oil

2/3 c rice vinegar

toasted sesame seeds

Preparation

Whisk first 5 ingredients together while sesame seeds are toasting. Add sesame seeds and whisk again. Serve over salad of lettuce, chicken, green onions, mandarin orange segments, chow mein noodles, and sliced water chestnuts.

Refrigerate unused dressing.
