Ingredients
2 Lbs. lean hamburger
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon minced ginger
1/8 teaspoon pepper
3 tablespoons Light soy sauce
2 tablespoons tapioca starch
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1/4 cup minced onion
few drops sesame oil
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together and let marinate for 30 minutes. Divide evenly into 6 or 8 patties Barbeque or broil Enjoy
