Ingredients

1 can Mushroom Soup

1 can Milk

1 teaspoon Soy Sauce

1/4 teaspoon Pepper

5 ounces Water Chestnuts - Sliced

3/4 cup Celery - Chopped

8 ounces Cheddar Cheese - Shredded

1/2 teaspoon Salt

4 cups White Rice - Cooked

2 cups Chicken Breast- Cooked - Diced

Preparation

Heat soup and milk over medium heat.

Add Cheese and Seasoning, stir over low heat until cheese is melted.

Add Rice, Chicken, Water Chestnuts and Celery to mixture and remove from heat.

Place in an oven safe baking dish and Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
