Turn On the grill so that it get heated up to cook chicken .Cook the Mexican Brown rice by adding chipotle and oregano as a spices. On the other hand start cooking Beans on the stove and it will take only ten minutes. In the means while time we will start cooking chicken and make sure to use tex-mex basting sauce as a chicken marinate. It takes 4 minutes on each side to cook. Then finally cook the vegetable Mix and use salt, garlic and onion powder on the veg mix as seasoning and cooking only for 2.5 minutes.

Now our all the ingredients are ready. Heat the tortilla for 6 Sec., firstly add one scoop of brown rice then sautéed vegies according to taste. After that add well drained beans. Add chicken after cutting in to small cubic pieces. Add mozzarella cheese and then add pico de gallo salsa,Corn & bean salsa, guacamole, sour cream and one line of chipotle mayo sauce.And then Roll it……..
