Ingredients

4 ears of corn, unshucked

2 T butter

2 T lime juice

1/4 cup mayonaise

1/2 cup yogurt or sour cream

1 T ketchup

1 T pick-a-peppa sauce

1 t blackening seasoning

1 t chili pepper

1 t salt

Preparation

Remove silk from corn, but preserve green shuck. Re-wrap corn in green. Soak in warm water for 15-20 minutes. Melt butter. Heat grill. Dry off corn and brush kernels with butter and sprinkle with lime juice. Replace greens and grill on medium hot grill 15 minutes. Meanwhile, mix the rest of the ingredients together. Serve cooked corn with sauce.
