Ingredients
â  cup cooked beet puree (2 beets)
⢠⠠cup coconut oil, softened
⢠ü cup brown sugar
⢠ü cup agave
⢠ý teaspoon apple cider vinegar
⢠ý teaspoon pure vanilla extract
⢠1/2 cup TJ gluten free flour
⢠1/2 cup white flour
⢠1/4 cup almond meal
⢠1 tsp baking soda
⢠ý tsp baking powder
⢠2 Tablespoons cocoa powder
⢠1/4-ý cup chocolate chips
Preparation
Cook beets, puree, blend all wet ingredients; blend all dry ingredients mix together with chips; scoop round ball onto cookie sheet-don’t flatten. Cool first. 350 for 10 min.
