Ingredients

1 chocolate graham cracker crust

1 12oz bag chocolate chips

16oz cream cheese (2 packs)

3/4 cup sugar

2 Tbsp flour

1 egg

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp almond extact

1 tsp cardimom (optional)

Preparation

1 Heat oven to 350 2 melt chocolate chips and set aside 3 In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar and flour until smooth. 4 Add egg. Beat on low just until combined. 5 Add the vanilla, almond, and any spices. 6 Bake at 350° for 40-45 minutes or until center is almost set. 7 Turn the oven off and allow to cool for at least one hour. Cut the cheese cake away from the edges. 8 Once the cheese cake is cool, place it in the fridge over night.
