Ingredients
2 egg whites
1/8 tsp. of salt
1/8 tsp. of cream of tarter
1 tsp. of vanilla extract
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Place parchment paper on baking sheets. In large bowl, beat egg whites, salt, cream of tarter, and vanilla until very firm, stiff peaks. Gradually add sugar and mix. Fold in chocolate chips. Drop by 2 teaspoons on pan. Bake for 25 minutes. They should be lightly browned.
