Ingredients
Mix in Large Bowl:
1 1/2 cup flour
1 tablespoon baking soda
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
Mix in Small Bowl:
1 cup butter ( 2 sticks )
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup sugar
1 large egg
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 1/2 cup rolled oats
1 cup chocolate chips
Preparation
1: Mix together flour, baking soda & cinnamon in small bowl. 2: In a large bowl, beat together butter, brown sugar, regular sugar and medium speed until light & fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla. 3: At low speed, beat in flour mixture. Fold in oats and chocolate chips. 4: Cook on silicone mat or grease cookie sheet. Use a rounded teaspoon of dough for each cookie. 5: Bake at 350 for about 10-13 minutes until edges are browned/golden. Let cook on cookie sheet about 2 minutes before removing. EAT IMMEDIATELY or cool on rack to enjoy later ;)
