Ingredients

1 cup all purpose flour

1.25 cup milk

1/3 cup unsweetened coco powder

2 eggs

2 tablespoon cooking oil

1 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation

In bowl, combine flour, milk, eggs, sugar, oil, vanilla, and cocoa powder.

Heat a lightly greased 6-inch skillet

Remove skillet from heat and spoon in two tablespoons of batter. Lift and tilt to spread batter around pan.
