Ingredients
Campanile
To glaze chocolate tart, chocolate almond cake or over ice cream.
1 lb. Caribe chocolate
12oz. Butter
1/4 cup Corn syrup
1/4 cup Brandy
Preparation
Combine everything but brandy in the top of a double boiler. Whisk till chocolate is melted and smooth.
Whisk in brandy.
