Ingredients

300g /10z 70% Cacao dark chocolate

3 drops peppermint essence

150g / 5oz white chocolate

4 drops green food colouring

Preparation

Line a 20 cm or 8 inch square cake tin with baking paper. In a microwaveable bowl, melt the dark chocolate, stirring every 30 seconds until nice and smooth. Add peppermint essence and stir. Spread half the mixture evenly over bottom of tin. Set in fridge for 5 minutes. Melt white chocolate melts the same way then stir in green food coloring. Spread this over layer of dark chocolate and then refrigerate until set. Spread remaining dark chocolate over white/ green chocolate layer and set in fridge. Cut into pieces and store in fridge.
