Ingredients
1.5 c crushed graham crackers
1/4 c sugar
6 TBS melted butter
2 packages cream cheese, softened
3/4 c sugar
3 eggs
1 c canned pumpkin
1/2 t vanilla
1/2 t pumpkin pie spice
6 oz choc chips
2TBS butter
Preparation
Make graham cracker crust. Combine sugar and cream cheese in mixer. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing to incorporate completely. Stir in vanilla, pumpkin, and spices. Measure out 1&1/4 c filling mixture. Melt choc chips with 2 T butter, whisk with the 1&1/4 c filling. Pour over crust and bake at 350 for 15 min.
Pour in the rest of the filling, and bake for 40-45 min until filling is just set. Cool for 30 min.
Mix 1c sour cream with 1/4 c sugar, spread over cheesecake. Cool in fridge at least 3 hours.
