Ingredients

1/3 pint chocolate ice cream

8 tablespoons Chambord

1/2 pint Raspberries

1/2 cup Crushed chocolate cookies

Preparation

Let ice cream soften enough so that it is scoopable. Divide 1/3 pint into two small bowls. Drizzle 4 tbsp of Chambord onto ice cream. Top with raspberries and crumbled cookies.
