Ingredients

Nonstick cooking spray

1/2 cup light cream cheese spread

2 tablespoons sugar

2 ounces milk chocolate, finely chopped (1/3 cup)

20 wonton wrappers

1 egg

2 tablespoons sugar-free caramel-flavored ice cream topping

1 tablespoon sliced almonds or chopped pecans, toasted

Preparation

Directions Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a large baking sheet with foil. Coat foil with cooking spray; set aside. For filling, in a small bowl stir together the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Stir in the chopped chocolate. Lay wonton wrappers on a work surface. Spoon 1 1/2 teaspoons filling into the center of each wrapper. Lightly moisten the edges of each wrapper with water. Fold two opposite corners together, pressing edges to seal, to form triangles. If desired, use a fluted pastry wheel to trim edges of each triangle. In a small bowl whisk together the egg with 1 tablespoon water. Brush egg mixture over each filled ravioli. Place ravioli on prepared baking sheet. Bake for 12 to 14 minutes or until golden brown and crisp. Place ravioli on serving plates. Drizzle with caramel ice cream topping and sprinkle with almonds.
