Ingredients

2 cups old fashioned rolled oats

1/2 cup smoked almonds, chopped

2 tbl vegetable oil

2 tbl honey

1/2 cup chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

  2. In a large bowl, toss together oats & smoked almonds.

  3. In a small bowl, mix together the oil & honey; pour over the oats mixture & toss to thoroughly coat.

  4. On a cookie sheet lined with foil/parchment, spread out the granola mixture.

5.Bake 16-20 minutes, tossing occasionally, until lightly toasted throughout.

  1. Pour oats into a mixing bowl while still hot; stir in chocolate chips. The chocolate will melt & create clusters of granola.

  2. Let granola cool, then store in an airtight container for up to one month.
