Ingredients
2 1/4 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
Salt
Nutmeg
Juice and zest of 1 lemon
5 eggs, separated
8 oz. container ricotta
1 1/2 sticks melted butter
3/4 c. milk
Vanilla
Powdered sugar

Preparation
Beat egg yolks, ricotta, butter, lemon juice, milk, and vanilla. Slowly beat in flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, nutmeg, and lemon zest. Beat egg whites separately and stir into batter. Flour and butter springform pan. Pour in batter. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. Serve with sifted powdered sugar and berries on top.
