Ingredients

1/2 lb butter, melted

2 small or 1 large sweet onion

1 qt half and half

1 pint heavy cream

1 pint whole milk

2 tsp sweet paprika

salt and white pepper to taste

1 lb ( or 1 1/2lb) lobster meat ( I prefer not to use claws as they

aren’t as sweet and tend to melt away)

Preparation

Cook the onions in the butter until clear and soft.

Add the liquids and seasoning and lower the heat. Cook until warmed up.

Add the lobster and warm up. Serve as soon as it is warm.
