Ingredients
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
4 teaspoons Garlic [minced]
2 Limes [zest and juice]
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
1 pound Shrimp [peeled, deveined]
3 tablespoons Butter
1/2 cup Cilantro [chopped]
Preparation
In a large skillet over medium heat add olive oil and garlic; sauté for 1 minute. Add lime zest and juice, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, and shrimp. Cook until pink, about 2 minutes.
Turn off heat and add butter and cilantro. Stir until butter is melted and creates a silky sauce. Serve immediately
