Ingredients
1 cup Cilantro Leaves
1/2 cup Olive Oil
3 tablespoons Lime Juice
2 tablespoons Water
1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
2 teaspoons Honey
2 cloves Garlic
1/2 tablespoon Salt
1 teaspoon Oregano
1/4 teaspoon Fresh Ground Black Pepper
Preparation
Place all ingredients in a food processor. Process until emulsified. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Store leftovers in a sealed container in the refrigerator. Allow to come to room temperature and shake well before using.
