Ingredients
1 cup Butter, unsalted, softened
1 tablespoon Orange zest
1 tablespoon Lemon zest
1 tablespoon Lime zest
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard (optional)
Preparation
Stir together butter and zests in a small bowl until blended and smooth. Stir in Dijon mustard if desired.
To keep, measure by tablespoons into an ice cube tray. Freeze. Place frozen butter pieces into a zippered bag and keep in freezer for up to 2 weeks.
