Ingredients

4 eggs

1/2 c. + 1 T sugar

1 c. milk or milk/cream mixture

1/2 c. + 1 T flour

pinch of salt

1/2 pound fruit (usually apricots halved or cut into slices or cherries

Vanilla sugar (available in specialty markets) or powdered sugar

Preparation

Whisk eggs, sugar and milk together. Whisk in flour and salt. Put fruit into buttered pie dish and pour mixture over. Bake at 350 degree oven for 35-40 minutes. Sprinkle with vanilla sugar or powdered sugar.
