Ingredients
Deviled Eggs
1 Dozen Large Hard Boiled Eggs
3 TBLS Mayonnaise
1 TBLS Sugar
1 TBLS Dijon Mustard
1 TBLS Vinegar
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp salt
Paprika
Garnish - Fresh herb sprigs
Preparation
Slice eggs in half lengthwise, and carefully remove yolks. Mash Yolks, add Mayonnaise, Sugar, Dijon Mustard, Vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and salt. Mix/Stir well. Spoon egg yolk mixture into eggs whites. Sprinkle with paprika and garnish if desired. Makes 2 dozen.
