Coca Cola Chocolate Cake Recipe

Ingredients

CAKE

2 cups flour

2 cups sugar

1 cup coca cola

2 cubes butter

3 Tbs. coca (no sugar added)

1/2 cup buttermilk

3 eggs

1 tsp. soda

1 tsp. vanilla

2 cups small marshmallows

ICING

1 cube butter

3 Tbs. cocoa

6 Tbs. coca cola

1 box powered sugar

1 cup chopped nuts

Preparation

CAKE Combine flour and sugar. Heat cocoa, butter and coca cola to melt butter. Pour over flour mixture. Mix well. Add milk, soda, eggs, vanilla and marshmallows. Spread marshmallows evenly over the top. Bake 350 for 30-35 min. Be careful not to over bake. Ice cake while hot ICING Combine cocoa, coca cola and butter and melt. Pour over powdered sugar and nuts. Mix well. Spread on cake while hot.
