Ingredients

2 tablespoons Raw cacao powder

4 tablespoons Crushed almonds

2 tablespoons Desiccated Coconut

1 packet Medjool Dates

1/2 cup Desiccated coconut - for rolling the balls in

Preparation

Carefully tear apart the dates on by one and remove the seeds.

Add all of the ingredients into a mixing bowl and knead together until the mixture forms a uniform doughy texture

Roll the mixture into one big ball, and then separate in to halves and roll until you have 16 balls.

Put the remainder of the coconut in a bowl and roll the balls in the coconut until each ball is evenly covered
