Ingredients
5 eggs
1 cup Sugar
1 pound Cake
7 tablespoons Cream Cheese
7 ounces coconut
1 tablespoon Rum
Preparation
Separate egg yolk and whites (save both)
Mix yolks, sugar, rum and cream cheese
Divide into 2
Add 3 1/2 oz coconut to 1 bowl
in another bowl add cocoa until mixture is dark
Whip egg whites and divide among both bowls and mix.
On stove heat water and sugar. (Not hot)
Dip sliced cake into water
Layer, first chocolate ,and coconut
sprinkle coconut on top
refrigerate 2 hours
