Ingredients

One baked pie crust

2 pkg. vanilla instant pudding

2 cups cold milk

1cup whipped cream or cool whip

3/4 cup coconut

Preparation

Mix pudding and milk together. Toast coconut in a shallow par at 350 for 7-10 minutes until slightly browned. Pour pudding mixture into the pie crust . Top with whipped cream or cool whip Sprinkle toasted coconut on top.
