Ingredients
1-1/3 cups Coconut
1/3 cup Sugar
2 tablespoons Flour
1/8 teaspoon Salt
2 Egg whites
1/2 teaspoon Almond extract
Preparation
Combine coconut, sugar, flour and salt. Add egg whites and almond extract. Drop by teaspoonful on lightly greased cookie sheet. Garnish with candied cherry half. Bake @ 325 degrees for 20-25 minutes until edge of cookies are lightly browned.
