Ingredients

1 pound Spring mix

6 ounces Raspberry vinaigrette

8 ounces Cheve goat cheese or crumbled blue cheese

. 5 cup Pomegranate seeds

4 ounces Candied sliced almonds

2 cups Apple, chopped

Preparation

In a bowl, toss greens with half of dressing, adding more as needed to lightly coat. Place in a serving bowl or platter. Top with remaining ingredients. Serve immediately.
