Ingredients
Chinese Egg Noodles – 1 Pound
Peanut Butter – 1/2 Cup
Soy Sauce – 3 Tablespoons
Sriracha Sauce – 3 Tablespoons
Rice Vinegar – 3 Tablespoons
Sesame Oil – 1 Tablespoon
Ginger – 1 Tablespoon (grated,peeled)
Red Bell Pepper – 1 (Chopped)
Cucumber – 1 (chopped)
Cilantro – 1/2 Cup (Chopped)
Salt – To taste
Preparation
- Cook 1 pound of Chinese Egg Noodles
- Drain & Rinse
- Whisk 1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
- Add Ingredients Soy Sauce - Ginger
- Toss with the noodles
- Toss in the red bell pepper and cucumber
- Add the chopped cilantro
- Season with salt
