Ingredients
1 c. cooked white rice
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. coconut milk
1 c. yogurt
1/4 c. maple syrup or a little less honey
1/2 c. very ripe concord grapes, seeded through a strainer
Preparation
Put all ingredients in the blender and whirl until rice is broken up and grapes are completely combined. Pour into two glasses and enjoy!
