Ingredients

2 Cans of Drained Black Beans

2 7oz Cans of White Shoepeg Corn

4oz of Crumbled Feta Cheese

Scallions-Chopped Green Onions

1/2 Cup Sugar

1/2 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar

1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil

Preparation

Mix Beans, Corn, Feta and Scallions in a bowl. In a separate bowl mix Sugar, Vinegar and Oil until sugar dissolved. Pour the Sugar, Vinegar and Oil mix onto the Bean/Corn mix and mix all ingredients together. Serve with Nacho Scoops or Corn Chips
