10 Sausage, cubed dry good French bread, Onion, celery, butter, fresh sage, S&P, garlic, turkey Stock, eggs
Preparation
Saute quickly and lightly onion, celery, garlic,. Add to cooked sausage. Mix all. Add 1 stick butter. Melt and mix in. Cool to touch. Add broth til moidt but not wet. Bake covered with foil.
