Ingredients
1 zest, flesh, & juice of one navel orange
12 ounce fresh cranberries
1/4 cup white sugar
3 tablespoon use 1-3 Tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 cup 1/4 to 1/2 cup, chopped crystallized ginger
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in small pot over medium heat. Cook 10 minutes until cranberries pop. Serve warm, or cool & refrigerate up to a week.
Add vanilla or other flavorings as desired.
