Ingredients

2 11-ounce cans corn

1 can cream of celery soup

4-ounces sour cream

4-ounces shredded swiss cheese

1/2 cup chopped onion, sauteed

1/2 cup heavy cream

1 TBSP basil

1 TBSP thyme

salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Combine ingredients and transfer to a greased 2-quart casserole.
  2. Bake, uncovered at 350F for 20-25 minutes.
