Ingredients

1 package frozen shoe peg corn

1 package cream cheese

3/4 stick butter

1/8 chopped jalapenos

2 tsp jalapeno juice

1 bag of Frito Scoops

Preparation

Mix cream cheese, butter and chopped jalapenos, then add corn. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Stir in jalapeno juice. Bake 20 more minutes. Serve with Fritos.
