Ingredients
1 c flour
1 c cornmeal
2 tbsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 can cream style corn
1/2 c buttermilk
1 egg
2tbsp butter
1 can diced green chilies
Preparation
Mix dry ingredients in separate bowl Mix egg, buttermilk, corn & butter in separate bowl. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Mix until blended Spoon into muffin tins. Bake in 375 degree oven. Bake for 20 min.
