Ingredients

1 pound bulk pork sausage

2 cups chopped onions

2 cups chopped celery

7-8 uppse crumbled corn bread

1 cup dried apricots, chopped

1 cupe dried cranberries

2 large eggs

1 tablespoon chopped sage or 1/2 teaspoon dried rubbed sage

1/2 cup butter

About 3/4 cups chicken broth

Salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Cook sausage, then add onions and finish cooking
  2. Add celery, dried stuffing bread, fruit, eggs, sage and butter. Mix well
  3. Bake at 325 degrees covered until hot, about 25 minutes. Then uncover and continue cooking another 15 - 20 minutes, until top is lightly browned.
  4. Serve to adoring family
