Ingredients

50 gms Farina - Figola di Patate

200 gms all purpose flour

150 gms sugar

180 gms butter, softened

100 dried white raisins

2 eggs

1 envelope vanilla

1 envelope Bertolin Levela

pinch of salt

corn flakes

icy sugar

Preparation

Mix together. Gently roll into a ball pressing corn flakes into ball.

Bake at 350 until lightly golden brown.

Cool. Sprinkle with icing sugar.
