Ingredients
2 C WHITE WHEAT FLOUR
2 TSP BAKING POWDER
1 TSP BAKING SODA
1 TSP SALT
2 T SUGAR
1 LG EGGS
1 T VEGETABLE OIL
2 1/2 C BUTTERMILK
Preparation
MIX TOGETHER FLOUR, BAKING POWDER, BAKING SODA, SALT AND SUGAR. BEAT EGGS AND ADD TO DRY INGREDIENTS ALONG WITH OIL AND BUTTERMILK. STIR UNTIL WELL COMBINED BUT DON’T OVERMIX.
POUR BATTER ONTO MEDIUM LOW GRIDDLE AND COOK ABOUT 3-4 MIN PER SIDE.
